The Rector’s Council of the Alliance brings together leaders of higher education institutions who shape the Alliance’s development strategy and organizational activity plans. The rectors of the Alliance member universities meet semi-annually to analyze the organization’s development and determine future priorities. Taras Dobko, the rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University, serves as the Chair of the Rector’s Council of the Alliance.
