The Alliance’s Steering Committee leads the organization and its working groups. The members of the Steering Committee coordinate the activities of their universities within the Alliance, plan joint programs, and projects.

Currently, the Chair of the Alliance’s Steering Committee is Ivan Kozii, Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical Work at the Sumy State University. The chair rotates among the members of the steering committee on an annual basis.
